Welcome to the Malta Poker Festival

The 2023 Malta Poker Festival kicked off with a handful of side events on April 24-25 with much more action to come until the conclusion of our festival on May 1.

Our coverage will begin on Wednesday, April 26 at 2 p.m. when cards are in the air for the much-anticipated €300,000 guaranteed Malta Poker Festival €550 Grand Event.

The MPF Grand Event is a deep-stacked affair with players starting each of the five opening flights from April 26-29 with 50,000 in chips. The first four flights, including today’s Day 1a will feature 13 blind levels of 40 minutes each with the final blind level boasting quicker 20-minute blind levels.

Players can re-enter up to two times per flight during the first eight levels of any opening flight.

Also taking place today are two other side events with the €150 Betsson One Bullet kicking off at 8 p.m. followed by a fun €230 Crazy Pineapple tournament at 9 p.m. Additionally, there will be another Grand Event satellite at 7 p.m. boasting a €70 buy-in.
